Our First Blendiversary

June 2nd is our Blendiversary — the day two families decided to become one. We didn't want it to pass like a normal day, so we made it a holiday of our own invention.

Everyone shared one thing they were grateful for about someone else at the table. Some answers were sweet, some were funny, one made Christina cry. We wrote them all down and put them in a jar we'll open next June 2nd.

You don't get to pick the family you're born into, but we got to build this one on purpose. That's worth a holiday.
